黒柳佐智代（さっちん）: 元保育士・元幼稚園教諭。二児の母。幼児教育の現場の経験と、自身の出産・育児から、より有効的な子ども時代の過ごし方を追求したところ、書籍「世界一素敵な学校」を読みサドベリーバレースクールに出会う。子どもを全面的に信頼するデモクラティックスクールを愛知県にもつくりたくて平成21年から動きだし翌々年の平成23年に本格開校する。好きなことは種まき、草取り、ときどき裁縫。興味があることは菜食料理。
松平靖史（９０５５９）: 元ペットショップ店員・元自営木工職人。キャンプなどで子どもたちと接するうちに、その瞬間の興味の方向に進む学校があったらいいなと思っていたところ、デモクラティックスクールに出会う。多様な仕事（生き方）があるのに、学校のカタチが固定されていることに疑問を持ち、もっと多様なカタチの学校があればいいと思う。既存の学校を否定しているわけではなく、選択肢が広がり、その中から子ども自身に合った学校を選べるようになることを願う。NPO法人多利野自然学校スタッフとしても活躍中。現在、スラックラインを練習中。
杉浦真美（まみちゃん）: 元学童保育指導員。自由な絵画教室「子どものアトリエアートランド」提携アトリエでアシスタントをしていた時に「学校がこんな風だったらいいのになぁ」と思う。シードームを立ち上げようとしていたさっちんにパンフレットのイラストを依頼してもらったことがきっかけでスタッフに。子ども達が、自分で選択した道を楽しみながら進んでいける世界になることを願い、カラーセラピストとしても活動中。好きなことは描くこと・つくること・散歩・昼寝。

Mikawa Sudbury School no minna-san konnichiha,

Namae ha Maria Schiffner desu. TING-Schule to iu Doitsu no Berlin no Sudbury School no staff desu. Nihongo ga amari jôzu dewai arimasen kara, eigo de tsuzukimasu. ;D

A lot of our students and staff are very interested in Japan. They would love to meet Japanese peers and learn more about Japanese culture, food etc. So we would like to invite yo to come to visit us, spend time at TING-Schule, get to know us and have a great time in Berlin.

We don’t have a fixed plan in our minds, maybe you can just talk about it and find out if there’s anybody interested and what their ideas are. Concerning the number of people and the length of the stay for us everything is fine. The best time for us would be May, you could also join the European Sudbury Workshop in Denmark.

We have found a foundation that funds student exchanges between German and Japanese schools. It’s called Takenoko Programme (www.jdzb.de) and they pay for the flight. You could apply for it! While you’re in Berlin we could arrange homestays at TING-Schule families.

Thank you for your comment to our website.
I’m Kenichi Kuroyanagi, a member of founder group of Mikawa Sudbury School.

We were very surprised to have a comment from Germany, Because it was over our imagination.
And we were happy to hear your attractive proposal for visiting TING Shule.
This is a big thing for our school, so maybe it takes long time to discuss this theme.

Anyway, we are glad for your proposal. Thank you very much!!
